Which operating systems are NuPhy keyboards compatible with?
Our keyboards are designed to be fully compatible with both macOS and Windows. Each keyboard includes dedicated Mac and Windows keycaps, and a physical toggle switch to swap between system layouts seamlessly.
How long does international shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping generally takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing.
What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original packaging and condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
Do NuPhy keyboards support hot-swapping?
Yes, most of our current lineup, including the Air and Halo series, features hot-swappable PCBs. This allows you to change your mechanical switches without soldering.

How do I claim my warranty?
All NuPhy products come with a 1-year limited warranty. If you encounter any hardware defects, please contact our support team with your order number and a video demonstrating the issue.
